By purchasing Poly Talk, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software solely for your personal or internal business purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the software, and all rights, title, and interest remain with the creator of Poly Talk, and Poly Talk itself.

• Usage: You may only use one valid license key per device as issued through our licensing system.
• Modification: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Poly Talk.
• Redistribution: You may not distribute, sublicense, or resell the software or any portion of it.
• Updates: Access to software updates is contingent upon maintaining a valid license key.

Poly Talk, including its source code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Poly Talk. The purchase of a license does not transfer any proprietary rights to you. You agree not to infringe, misuse, or misappropriate our intellectual property.

• Payment: All payments are processed via Shopify. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the full price as indicated.
• License Activation: Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key that must be activated within the software. This key is required for both usage and updates.
• One-Time Activation: Each license key is valid for one device and may be deactivated once if you switch devices. Sharing or transferring your license key to unauthorized users is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to provide updates and technical support at our discretion. Continued access to updates and support is subject to the validity of your license key.

Failure to comply with these terms, including unauthorized sharing or misuse of your license key, will result in immediate termination of your license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Poly Talk and uninstall the software from your devices.

Poly Talk is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Poly Talk disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Poly Talk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of Poly Talk, even if Poly Talk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Georgia, United States.

By purchasing and using Poly Talk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the software.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of Poly Talk after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
